Technical Speculator ...your financial market review

The June 2023 Technical Speculator has now been posted.

The attached three pages are the first pages of the 24-page June Newsletter.

Topics in this month's research report are: Commodities: Inflation eases, bonds rise.  International Equities: Increasing performance.  U.S. & Canadian Equities: Leaning to the bulls.  Breakouts!  Two stocks that appear ready to advance.

This month's analysis reviews the trading patterns of US bonds and commodities and why natural resource prices are trending lower,  the outlook for oil prices into Q3, Gold's barrier level, and the new upside target for the US dollar.  Global equity indexes start to run, with no help from the S&P 500, emerging markets are still governed by the movements of the US dollar,  European indexes take center stage in performance.  Brazil's Bovespa and Australia's ASX are still waiting for a breakout.

The newsletter also covers the US market and why the rising T-bond prices are bullish for the Dow and the SPX.  Nasdaq still leads in performance, the S&P 500 is set to move above 4,200, and the TSX is still facing headwinds at 21,000, and US and TSX sector performance remains very narrow.  Not a good sign.
